Laster for lingual?

Dr Zvi Laster designed the "Laster upper third molar and cheek retractor" in 1979, based on the Howarth periosteal elevator combined with a cheek retractor, to help extract upper third molars. The concave, polished part enables light to reach the maxillary tuberosity and guide the suction during the operation. The small, round handle can be held or supported with the little finger, making it easier to use more than one instrument at a time.1
