Salivary gland tumors (SGTs) are a relatively rare group of lesions and vary widely in their histological and clinical features. Though their has not been well defined, exposure to ultraviolet and ionizing radiation is known as a well-established positive association [1,2]. Therapeutic radiotherapy of the head and neck region can significantly increase risk of salivary gland cancers [3]. In 2008, Sadetzki et al. [4] reported a link between cellular phone use and parotid gland tumor. Smoking plays an important role in the development of SGT's especially Warthin's tumor [5].
