A young man had hoarseness and foreign body sensation in his throat; laryngoscopy revealed a large, right-sided, supraglottic, submucosal mass expanding the aryepiglottic fold and false vocal fold with hypomobility of the right vocal fold and extending to the aryepiglottic fold.
