The use of immunotherapy as an adjuvant traditional treatment could prevent metastasis and give a chance for longer survival of cancer patients. It is known that the dendritic cells are the most effective antigen presenting cells (APC) and are the only APCs which activate innate T cells, therefore, they may involve additional forces to attack the cancerous cells [3]. The purpose of the use of immunotherapy is to increase the efficiency of the immune system. The efficacy of immunotherapy can be influenced by many factors including the severity of cancer, the type of tumor and the immunogenicity of tumor microenvironment which usually is rich in a number of immunosuppressive agents.
