We present to you a unique variation observed during a routine undergraduate dissection of the forearm at King's College London. This variation is previously undocumented in the literature displaying a dual tendon and muscle belly arising from the belly of the flexor digitorum superficialis (FDS) and inserting individually on the right and left side of the middle phalanx of the ring finger respectively. Awareness of this variation and its potential implications in the clinical examination have been explored.
