Transoral Stensen’s Duct Approach: a 22-case retrospective study

Parotid gland duct lithiasis is preferentially managed using minimally-invasive techniques such as sialendoscopy and lithotripsy. However, these 2 techniques cannot remedy all obstructions and other techniques such as the Transoral Stensen's Duct Approach (TSDA) may sometimes be helpful.
