Rapidly Enlarging Forehead Mass in a Young Retinoblastoma Survivor

A young man with a lesion in the supraorbital region had been treated for bilateral retinoblastoma as an infant and had advanced malignant small blue cell tumor as a teenager; a surgical specimen showed multinucleated giant cells and bizarre stromal cells suggestive of treatment effect. What is your diagnosis?
