Large-scale population screening for prodromal PD: a way forward becomes clear

We thank the authors for their thoughtful response, and for sharing their new data. We are encouraged to see such a quick replication of our experience, and the clear message that general population screening can be practically done. The result that a single center can, with a single pass, find 63 patients with idiopathic RBD is very impressive, and bodes well for the future of providing neuroprotective therapy in prodromal stages of PD.
